Refund and Return Policy

At K2 Research Chemicals, we are committed to providing high-quality research chemicals and excellent customer service. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Research Use Only

All products sold on K2 Research Chemicals are strictly for research and laboratory purposes only. They are NOT for human consumption, veterinary use, or any other purpose. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree to this condition.

2. Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our products. All our research chemicals undergo rigorous laboratory testing (HPLC-MS, GC-MS) to verify purity and identity. If you receive a product that does not match the described specifications, please contact us immediately.

3. Returns & Exchanges

3.1 Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products and for safety/legal compliance reasons, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges of opened or used products. Returns may be considered in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product
  • The product is damaged upon arrival
  • The product does not match the description (purity, form, etc.)

3.2 Return Window

Claims for incorrect or damaged shipments must be made within 7 days of delivery. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us with any issues.

3.3 How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact our support team through the Contact page with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs if applicable.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

5. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement at no charge. After 2 hours, orders enter processing and cannot be cancelled.

6. Lost Packages & Customs

If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will reship your order at no additional cost or issue a full refund. For customs seizures, we offer a one-time reshipment at 50% of order value for orders under $500.
